I got the numbers from mazdatrix, but when i called the dealer they told me thats not the actual part numbers. How do i pull the actual part numbers? anyone know?

treceb 03-22-2007 08:13 AM

i think this is how it works:

mazdatrix number: 23-1030-N304(84-85 13B rotor)

dealer number: N304-23-1030

or just call ray 8885333400

yeah mazdatrix puts em backwards like that, i think its a little simpler to read em if you're a NOOB.

if you take the mazda number n304-10-100c, n304 tells you its a gsl-se, and 10-100 is a rotor housing. the a-b-c means they updated something on it, somewhere along the line, somtimes its a vendor change, sometimes its a price change, sometimes they actually update something to make it better.

so 10-100 is a rotor housing, 12-205 is a timing belt, 15-200 is a radtiator, etc etc, everythings broken down into (somewhat) logical sections. basically the mazda parts catalog is a copy of the mercedes parts catalog, but they changed a few things so it makes more sense.

Nissan's part number system doesnt keep a specific table for each vehicle they keep more towards the type of part
