ZX12R, I like Kawi's for some reason, and this one is simply stunning.

When it comes to performance I heard kawis are not the way to go.

Triumph TT
Ducati Monster sv650 kawasaki 500R kawsaki 250 They're all light, fast - not reasonbly, and fun to ride:) Oh, um a starter bike: aprillia 125 kaw. 250 any EX500 less bikes... etc. You really don't want a fast bike if it's your first time. I don't care If you're ridden before. You still don't know how to ride as well as you think.... https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/smile.png I've ridden all bikes listed above in my favs list. I'd say the best one for a starter would be the 250 kaw. |
Suzuki RF600R. Not just because I have one, but I think it's the most unique-looking bike...It's got Ferrari-inspired fairings, decent power(82.8rwhp), and isn't too heavy (429lbs. dry). Mine just needs a new paint job to be perfect again...

Back when I had a bike the ZX-11 was the fastest production bike out so
thats the one I bought. Trust me it performed flawlessly. Some mods made it much more enjoyable, pipe, advance kit, electric shifter, jet the carbs (because the only bikes to have fuel injection was a Ducati or a custom fuel injection) and a oil pan mod for longetivity. If I had to do it again I would have gotten the ZX-9R, but it was nice having the king of the hill as far as bikes went. Go for the bigger bike because you will grow tired of whatever you get and want it faster anyhow. |

I sold my bike because I was at Orient racing when the Mr Turbo ZX-11 was coming out of its enclosed trailer from a test and photo shoot, it had just went something like 230mph. I asked the guy how much, he told me $13000 for a turn key conversion, compleate with turbo, alcohol injection, fuel injection. The devil side of me said "ok, you just got a credit card with a $20,000 limit on it", so I asked him if they took credit cards, he said of course they did. THATS when I sold the bike because I knew I would kill myself on it. Now 2 friends have died on bikes since then and I dont regret my decision one bit. |
all the hondas might as well be rebadged harley's, they weigh about the same.
