I've gone to different sites trying to look for the 0-60 and 1/4 time, but a lot of them have different numbers. Could a stock FD3S take stock NSX. Both models being 93? What are your thoughts on the NSX? https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...1047683473.gif

I found this: http://www.albeedigital.com/supercoupe/art.../0-60times.html

but not sure how accurate it is.. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...1047683561.gif

So, the RX-7's 0-60 seems like it could handle the NSX, but the 1/4 miles times would be close.. of course this is with both vehicles being stock.

this is a general discussion topic, not for the kills section. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...DIR#>/wink.png

and honda/acura never had a nsx leave the factory with anywhere near the amount of problems mazda did with the fd's.

new rx-7's are faster, but the fd just is not as refined an automobile as the nsx.

still, just do a cost analysis. the FD is like what, $10-20K cheaper? come on, for that much money, an NSX should be able to hand a FD's tailpipes to it. Refined or not, an exotic car should be fast. if you want refinement and speed, get an M3, screw Honda and the NSX.

still, i'll take an RX-7

Is the NSX's balance and handling that will MURDER an FD. FD's seem far to nervous at/near the limit for a normal person, the NSX practically drives itself. Midship motors are so nice, you really need to drive one to understand it. Put them both in front of me, and i'll take an NSX, loyalties aside of course https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...#>/biggrin.png

stock per stock..

experience says the the seven off the low end..

nsx in the top end..

Wasn't the Fd called "The NSX Killer" on the cover of Car and Driver back when it first came out? I think I remember the picture also. Anyway.....I like the NSX but for the money the 7 is alot better
