one of my friends is looking at getting a new car. He doesent want a race car so sorry no RX-7's Supra's or Skylines https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...DIR#>/wink.png . We live in Western PA so he wants somthing that is good all year round yet still has some power. I wanted him to get a WRX but they seem to be out of his price range. He has 11-13 grand to spend. What do you guy's think would be good performance and good in all weather conditions? Thnaks for the help.

base model 4wd matrix....

Elantra GT from hyundai (it will fool you) great car, looks like a saab, 10 year warranty, 3/4 of my family drives them and they are great cars.

If he can find a celica all-trac turbo that would be nice https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/smile.png

Nissan Sentra SE-R...I drove a 2003 and that car was damn amazing....I'd assume you could get a late 90s model for that kind of money, and it'd be nearly as good.

I was thinking the same thing, but they are like 16k new, I think.

You may be able to find a WRX for $14K if you're lucky.. That would be my choice. If not, I say get a 2nd gen. Oh yea, the weather conditions.. humm..

Yea, I keep seeing these in the autotrader mags. What's so great about them?
