Random Curiosity at it's Finest

Sinful7 09-25-2003 02:32 PM

sunny and cool is the best combo - like fall in Colorado.

Baldy 09-25-2003 02:33 PM

I voted for crisp, but that's just because we hardly get any of that here. It alternates between 80 and 30 in the winter time.

But I also don't leave for hurricanes. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/bigok.gif

oh, and humid? I can't remember what it's like to NOT have heavy humidity!

rfreeman27 09-25-2003 02:33 PM

i like rain.

PhoenixDownVII 09-25-2003 02:45 PM

Where's the "All of the above" selection?

Best part of the NE is four seasons, just when you get sick of one type of weather the next one rolls in...which is why I don't mind the down time it gives Sports Car owners in the winter, its only 1/4 of the year.

I spent time in SC and FL and to have that weather all year would suck, FL is too humid...But I guess I know why old folks move down there...

banzaitoyota 09-25-2003 02:46 PM

or not

Travisty 09-25-2003 03:30 PM

blizzard all the way.

the best is waking up on a weekday to a huge dump and getting in a jeep and going up to the mountian to hit fresh untracked snow all day long.

epion2985 09-25-2003 03:31 PM

damn you cants choose combinations. I like gray sky + a breeze, stormy is good. Love rain. Sunny + breeze is nic ein the summer (fd time). Blizzards are cool too,t hen again I spend half my life in the cold parts between europe and russia so I like to cool.

i dunno this year jersey was pretty much 3/4 winter.

kevin.

I'm still looking for a place that is 25 - 30 celcius everyday and 20 celcius every night with low humidity. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...#>/biggrin.png

I hate winter. This summer was way too short. I don't mind the occasional hot and humid day because they usually bring a warm night that you can sit out all night on a patio in shorts and t-shirt.

True, we were robbed.

I'm not much further north than you are (i am 30 min from NJ).

We had winter start in late november and end in april. 6 months!

I went on my usual Spring break vacation to SC, before my birthday (April 7th) and sure enough I get back and it snowed on my b-day...which hasn't happend in a LONG time.

MonsterMR2 09-25-2003 08:07 PM

Snow is the devil! Then again, so is fooseball..

turbo weather!

if you want warm nights, move to the ca central valley, its like 70-80's at night, but 100 in the daytime...

turbovr6 09-25-2003 09:23 PM

tornados. thats where it's at. Nature's fury at it's finest. Funny too how mobile homes are tornado magnets

UniqueTII 09-26-2003 11:45 AM

I love nasty thunderstorms.

Rotarydragon 09-26-2003 06:37 PM

Yeah I can remember really warm nights in Bakersfield, CA. 104 in the day time in the 80's-90's at night (And remember it's F-32/2 for you celcius freaks. I think. I'm sure I'll be corrected if not)

I love thunderstorms. I actually like over cast days with a warm humidity. Monsoons rock.
