I downloaded one video a few days ago. Is there a quota system? I see at the bottom that there is a minimum post requirement. Can someone shead some light please?

Yes there is a quota system, basically hosting and downloading costs bandwidth so I capped each user group. The supporting member groups basically get unlimited while the regular usergroups are limited on daily basis, soooo, if theres a vid you really want hangout until midnight lol
