I like the small town post office in Sandston, VA. I usually visit them when I need to ship something. The P.O. for my zip code sucks. It's all about the people who work there. If they give a ****, you get decent service.

I use to think Japan post was the shining example of a perfect post system, I have mailed tons of stuff with with them, and when they broke something, they paid for it no problems, but.....

I mailed a V-mount intercooler in one box and a dual oil cooler kit in another box to myself...

2 days after I leave Japan, they get returned to my mother in laws house, the reason, they think they are hazardous materials so they cant ship... The postal agent said they cant ship oil.. No **** sherlock, they are oil coolers, they are dry, there is no oil in them.. And the V mount, well %&K knows why they returned that, its all aluminium, no oil, no nothing...

I just about went POSTAL...

So, got a price from UPS in Japan to ship... 500.00 canadian standard delivery, 5 weeks.. WTF..

Looking for alternatives right now.. Good job I took my clutch, pulley set and fuel pump in my luggage...

that reminds me of the time i tried to ship a radiator to CZ, usps wanted like $800 or something.

we actually had Ted (yes that one) fly it down to LA, and then give it to someone else who was going back to CZ as a carry on!
