Junkyard wars built jet engine go-karts one time. It was pretty cool. They were a little less complex than this setup.

You need a longer combustion chamber with a longer flame tube.

it hauls ass, like, 0-60 in no time at all and flying by the camera, then it grenades and stops, the engine was nuked.

The go kart had some kind of hydrogen peroxide(?) catalyzing turbine. I dont think it was made from a turbo. I have the vid if anyone wants to host it. (1.25Mb)
