No it doesn't, the reason is simple, when you upload a pic, the image is stored server side as well as a thumbnail that is automatically made, there is no way to thumbnail a pic that isn't on the server.

The supposed FD I posted in that pic. Your drawing has the "MAZDA" writen on it sort of like that pic, so I was just wondering if that's where you got the idea from.
