If the Hummer driver was in the 16~29 year old range, this story would have a "street racing" tie-in. If the driver of the H1 was 30~45 then this story would have a "road rage" angle tagged onto it. I don't know about the Hummer owner, is he middle aged or am I way off? We already know that he is overcompensating for what nature failed to endow him with by driving a Hummer around town.

thats not an h1, look at the picture. that a standard am general hummer.



i dont know that a h1 would make it over another car. it is, afterall, on the same chassis as the yukons if im not mistaken. Sure it would **** it up, but its not going ot be on top of it like that.

H2 is the hummer based on GM underbody. H1 is the big mofo.

I can't beleive some of you guys think that the courts should just leave this guy alone. I don't know if the two people in critical condition died or not, but christ you can't let people go out and kill someone just because they think it is the right thing to do.



I mean I can at least sympathize with people who take justice into their own hands when say, their child is raped or murdered, or a close family member of friend is killed, but for robbery?



As it stands, this guy probably won't get more than 3 years (if the two people in critical condition die) and maybe less if he's lucky. I think 3 years for 2 peoples lives is pretty easy on him, don't you think?
