I am glad I live in Maryland. The summers are quite hot, the spring time is excellent, with showers 3x a week, fall is beautiful, and the winter time it's only cold in January-February.

Why cant it just be 75*F all year round?

******* weather. I love snow but I hate the cold. I love the summer but I hate the humidity, wtf. Is there no place that is 75* with a slight breeze all year round?!?!?

Exactly. We were talking about how hot it is and the question came up "Would you rather it be real cold or real hot out?" and I just was like "How about perfect?"

Fall and Spring here in NY circle's around 50-75 so its great. If summer is mild we have a lot of decent days, and same if winter's mild.

Not sure where it's 75 all the time, but since there's statistics out there, I'm sure you could find out. And Rowtareh- I doubt it could be any place in FL, it's obnoxiously humid in the summer.

Well someone needs to get on top of this so we can all move there.

Requrements:

1. 75* +/- 15 all year round

2. weekend drive from the ocean (within 6 or so hours)

3. weekend drive from the mountains (or someplace to snowboard)

4. Not in the middle of no where

5. Not California

6. No smog regulations

7. Not a slum (or anything like 80% of Indiana)

8. Not a desert

9. Nice roads (preferably many curvy and many long and straight)

Haha I like your requirements. Orange County (Upstate NY) Is pretty close. At least when it gets hot and you hate it, soon comes fall and winter, then when you hate winter, spring and summer are on their way...

I'm within 3 hours of the ocean, an hour of several mountains, plenty of twisty roads, within reason to NYC and huge venue's/shopping centers, it's not California, there's no emissions testing,...

Sounds like Oregon somewhat. Except for #4.

And you guys with your 110 heat index can stuff it. It was actually 120 here in Vegas three days in a row last week. One day, it rained all morning, then was 109 by 3pm. You guys have it easy. :P
