So today I turn 30. Everyone around me keeps saying. ****, it's down hill from here buddy! You are gonna feel old injuries and all that crap.



I feel great. I am actually the strongest I have ever been lifting more weight than ever, I have better cardio capacity, my breath holds are consistently hitting close to 7 min, BUT...yep, there's always a but...I am definately not as flexible as I used to be. 5 years ago I could do the splits both ways and no I can only do it traight forward and can't hold it there without screaming bloody murder.



So 30 ain't bad....I guess I am like good wine. Getting better with age.





Ahhh, who the **** am I kidding? I'm old. :(
