I found a super clean GSL with 65k original on a blown engine. The kid has a spare engine at a shop that he claims still has good compression.

He wants $500 for the car plus engine. The car is super clean for a '87 gsl.

It's Maroon with only minimal rust on the sunroof lid. Thats it. Other than that is is extremely clean.

Problem is my fiance doesnt want me to get it.

Actually I was thinking about it Jon, I think that this car is flooded also. It sounded like it had compression when he tried to turn it over. The guy that sold it to this kid knows **** about rotories and told the kid that it had a bad cylinder https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...1047683785.gif I got the ok from my fiance so I think im gonna run over there with a compression tester and see what is up with it.

That would mean I would get the car and the extra engine for $500 . Then I could pull apart the spare, port it and sell that then sell this FC and make some cash on the deal.

The only other thing i see that the car needs is two front tires and the two front turn signals were missing.



Anyone have trick for starting a flooded FC? Should be that same as if my car flooded right?
