Lynn E. Hanover drove a VW Bus! It's true, I saw it in a post regarding welders, while this news is shocking is shocking to many, others have said that until they see photos they will not believe it.

Yeah, but with what engine? Does it do the 1/4 in under 10 seconds?

I think these are questions we desperately need answered.

And why is this shocking? I have always liked ACVW's, and the old buses are way cool. A friend of mine once totaled a Mercedes with one--the Mercedes driver turned left in front of him without yielding. The VW got the better of the deal, by far.



VW bus virtues: Cool, Carries a lot of people/stuff, Economical, Easy to fix.

It is shocking because that is what make's people read the topic.
