We experienced some Memory dumps this morning, they will be bringing the server up and down for testing, but it appears we have a Memory failure and the memory will need to be replaced.



I will keep you posted, but don't be surprised if the server is inaccessible here and there.

AMD XP 1700+ 1 gig of ram and two 20 GB Hard Drives

I think the memory swap is done actually, I just sent them an email so I should know in a few.

****, this is a **** hardware day, power clicked off at work here and killed a $500.00 DAT drive in nopistons.net, so we are out of backups until I can get another DAT... wish we had some BBU's for that poor ass little pile of crap np.net server :(
