J9- I had those dual carbs for awhile and they were the biggest pain in the ass ever. Looked great, but with all the problems I've had they were just too much hassle trying to tune the motor in.

I thought the wood grain dash was going to look better, but now that its all in I think it looks great, brushed alum would look even better, imo.

i would use rustoleum aluminum paint, dont use chrome, the aluminum covers well and is thick like all rusto and looks good. i like the dash idea, i was thinking of doing that to my fc, or maybe a half dash on the fc

I dont think so. I may be a bit too much bling for the mini. Plus, it would kinda not match the dash.
