I don't know much but I'm a fast learner and a hard worker. I don't suppose calling up construction company's will warrant a job so easily.... I have an MCSE certification and my Business Management Degree, plus 5-7 years of professional office work under my belt, alongside working with a Refurbishing construction company (that job was cool)... Anyhow, when i sell this place i am going to do wut we did in seattle and go with a flat listing fee service. I don't like realtors, they smell like cabbage and eat their young. That said I dont like phoenix cause he's a jesus freak and dresses like a homo, it has nothing to do with the fact that he's conman ie real estate agent. Actually he's alright, i'd prolly use him to tell me how much my house was worth if i lived near him, then give him false hope that I was going to use him as my listing agent. |
