How can you check to make sure the frame on a car is straight and undamaged?

Visual insepection.

Frame alignment, straightning shop.

Why? You suspect something?

If you get under and look at it, most times it will be obvious if it previously wasn't straight, ei: welds, or other repairs.

yeah if you look its not hard to find. big globs of weld, bent metal, paint on stuff that wasnt painted, parts tags

A flash light, clothes your don't mind getting dirty.

and a cloth to wipe parts you can't see that well.

Tire wear can be a tip off, if the car seems to ride off center down the road, have some one watch it.



Otherwise welds, slight vibrations at certain speeds allthough that can be U joints
