Well i just decided to take in the ass and pay an agent that can sell the condo quickly. 5%, he teaches classes about condo ownership and that is how he moves them.
there have been 4 units go up for sale since these rules came out, make me VERY nervous. |

Yea we are going to move out a bit further buy a house maybe on 1/3 or 1.2 acre.

If I rent it will be a 2 car, no doubt about it. But the thing that looks most likely is buying a hunk of land and having someting built, if I do that it will be a 4 car detached. Either way we can do it at the next place, that will be one of my requirements.
