I too have had problems over an order I placed and payed, I've been waiting close to 5-6 weeks!!! However, it was a large order and I believe the owners had a couple of family deaths at the same time, which, caused them to leave town for a bit. Well, from my understanding, while they were out of town things kinda went south on the home front and they got waaaaay behind. So now they are just trying to get caught back up, while at the same time, fill orders that are currently coming in. Everyone else I talked to about doing business with them in the past has said "No Problems". I have had IMMENSE patience with them during this period, but I fully understand the situation they are in right now. I believe I am getting my parts in the next couple of days, I say this because I recived a hand written "thank you for your business" card in the mail yesterday. All I can say is have faith and give them some tiime to catch up. I'll keep u clue'd in as to when I recieve my parts. Hopefully, yours will be following shortly. Mike That's odd, I will shoot him an e-mail, they are usually really good about getting back to people. They seemed quite attentive when I ordered and payed, guess from what I am reading they are out of town. I tryed to call them but it goes straight to voice mail....that worried me...but I guess I will wait and see what happens...Thanks |

AARRRRGGGGNNNHH!!! I really really wanted to believe my stuff would've been here by now. Was told tuesday 2-26 parts were in the mail. If that's true, they would've been here by now. FL. -> OK. UPS Ground= 3-5 days. Maybe Monday...... I'll keep you informed.

Well I had to order part from another source. Luckily I bought it on a credit card. I cancelled order and will dispute charge due to no response and non delivery. I tried SEVERAL emails and even found a phone number but only voice mail answered. I would be leary of using RisingSun again.... :shakehead:

Yea make sure you get on your credit card companies on stuff like this, my cc company screwed me said I had to file a claim within 30 days of the day the statement ended, most credit card companies aren't that way, but it is something you should look into.
