I know this has been gone over, but I cannot get any pics to post. I go exactly the way it is shown, but they still will not come up. I used to be able to post in the other forum with the same pics until they crashed the last time and now they don't work there either. The pics are in Yahoo. Would that make a difference? If so, can someone give me an address where I can post some pics so they will work. Sorry for the rambling, but I'm getting pissed about this.

Are you referring to getting them to post in a topic/thread?

If so, place an image tag before the url to the pic (use brackets) like this [img] place the url to the pic here

At the end of the url, you have to close it with the same bracket, but with a backslash in front of the word [img ] --- I can't put the backslash in there or it will try to place it as an image. That makes it hard to show an example. I would be glad to email you a full example.

Also, there is the picture upload utility on the message board that will upload and show instantly after you post it, but that is for an actual jpg or gif file, such as one that you have on your hard drive.

It would be easier for me to email you on it..... By the way, what is the url to the image? (where is it on yahoo?)

Here is the url to the picture upload. It will automatically post the pictures.

Please note, this utility searches your hard drive and therefore, yahoo pics would not work.

You would need to have them located on your local computer.

Sorry for such a long reply, but I wanted to cover both depending on how your pictures are stored.........
