For ten years now I have watched and even been victim to the slander from Marc Heynderickx through his Rotary Power Northwest group on facebook, local connections through pineapple racing and his shop at his fathers house in Canby. From Kurt Robertson in Mollala to Bob Putman of Rotards in Salem Oregon. This is how he has used the same tactics to discredit and attack all competitors of Pineapple Racing while working there and using them to outsource work to his shop in Canby. I owned Reclaimer Auto and like he silently attacked Kurt and Bob from his platforms and in direct messages I was victim to the same tactics. He makes claims with NO evidence to back them but uses his group of friends to just keep repeating it even when shown facts disproving. Here is proof to this:

Ok, so going all the way back to 2012 when I used to run a local rotary shop I was a part of his group there. I had built many cars and engines for the local community. One of my friends and I often hosted drives through his group.






Now I have been removed from the comments where I posted there as I left the group and was deleted. However before I left the group I was helping many people on it through my shop, first called rotary workz as made up by my friend chris who I asked to be my tuner guy as he owned the timing gun and I always liked to sit in the car for the first start of my builds haha. While I was assisting people out of state with their engine rebuilds I let chris take on the groups chump car. This was not my thing, but I let chris take this on by himself. A week later he spent a hundred or so just to realize the apex on the 12a was blown. I offered my services and they jumped on it. But they wanted to use old seals and build cheap, I do not build cheap motors, I can built them for cheap, but I do not build crap. So I passed. I took the fb back up and went back to helping the local FB/FC guys. Marc was there for the FD guys and I knew little. So I did not step on his toes. However I found later he felt I was.







Reclaimer Auto was first called Rotary Workz because chris really liked the name. I just rolled with it. I ended up later selling the name to him for 1$ and created Reclaimer Auto.


I built this car for chris before opening the shop with him.

The chump car chris took a week figuring out was blown.

I had spent ten years restoring classic cars and rotary cars by 2012 and had opened my shop here.

A little back story to Marc Heynderickx and my friendship the years prior to this moment... I first meet Marc on the club, he had just left working for Bob Putman at Rotards in Salem and was now spending all his time at Pineapple Racing with Rob Golden. I bought an FD from him that was wrecked and burnt but I had not had one yet and he saved it from the scrap yard for 750$. I have a build thread about it online. I paid 3k for it, he gave up the title and then I traded it for another FC because I love them and IDGAF what others think about that trade lol.

In a few pictures here is a run down of marcs previous years. He first opened his shop FD3S Engineering in Beaverton. My wife brought him her Turbo II rx7 and I supported him. I had just stopped supporting bobs shop because of his builder Robert White (who was also the admin for the rx7club) putting oil control rings in upside down in a customers 12a, I was there for its first fire up. He did make it right and rebuilt it with new plates, but that happened and I lost faith. So I was with Rob and Marc. Marc had got Daniel from Pineapple racing who was their second engine builder to Rob to come with him to beaverton. They were working on my cars.





Now during that time he and Daniel had a falling out. I came to see if her car was done and he said no. He said that Daniel cannot build my RHD motor and that he is on drugs and scamming people and I cannot trust him and that if I just do not use him that he would help me build that engine at no cost. I saw his wealth and knew his connections and took his side. No proof, just ignored dan.

Then all the rumors started showing truth behind them. Dan and his falling out might have been about an insurance scam. As that was unfolding Marcs personal car (which he never left outside the shop in downtown beaverton at night) was left out and carefully stripped to nothing, without causing any frame or structural damage, of all its expensive parts. Marc was investigated by the cops and his insurance company and this is when I found out from him that this was not the first time. That he was kicked out of college for his friends theft of the computer lab and his knowledge of it. His father runs a school, he now runs cyber security for Legacy Health. So, all proof of this has been deleted from the internet but I was there and took screens.

During that time I was supportive of Marc. He ended up having some more claims about his work made, none of which I can prove so I will not mention however it caused him to close his shop down. He came to me for help to move his things, the cars and set him up at his fathers house in canby. I bought his FD from his fathers house in Lacey and he needed me to move his dads stuff from the canby house to the lacey house and the stuff from the shop to the canby house. That his dad was going to build him a shop there and that way he does not need to worry about his reputation as it will all be through pineapple. I helped. Our kids played. We were friends.

This was his "Shop" when I opened up. He had bought the 94 white car with the insurance check and bought back the "stolen" black one.

Marc started using pineapple racing as the way to show FD3S Engineering.









It was about at this time that I had a falling out with Robert white (RW7) over that engine and my talking about it. I was just going to stand by my principles and say what I had seen knowing I would lose the rx7club over it. Marc and Jesse Frame, Derek and Aaron came to talk about how I am a great guy and that Bob and that shop are the worst. I should have taken note that they were only defending people like me who were supporting their pineapple racing.

Meanwhile here is where I left off on the rx7club when about to open reclaimer auto.

Just a little while after I helped him there I was finishing up my RHD. I gave away to chris the first motor he did help me learn to build, but he did not end up building it as he said he would. He only went as far as to tell me how to clean and stack it. Derek was there to cheer me on and it went great. But I needed another one and came to his shop. He told me about his friend who would have a free core I can have. Well. Long story short, the friend of his had reported a s5 vert stolen for the insurance check and was offering the whole car hiding in his uhaul storage unit. I had been given free mint condition 87 arctic silver T2's so this was not new to me. I helped, I got help. However I was not told about that insurance claim until it was on my trailer. I said no, I am not ok with this. Pushed it off and Aaron ended up taking it home.

I then went home and posted on Rotary Power Northwest about how fucked up that was, texted marc, he said he didnt know anything about that situation. That is when I started to notice there was a **** ton of stolen cars surrounding him. That people have their **** boxes go missing, get a check and then end up with a new shell and use his shop and pineapple to build it up better than they could have with the original platform. As he did.








I said nothing more, I left. I stopped participating in the group and walked away. That is when I fell victim to what he had done to every other shop and small person who might have threatened his standing at pineapple and his face at his new shop. Marc had burnt so many bridges and attacked so many random people he had all the shops and the people who patron them going at each other on all platforms. This post was assumed was made by me, while I still am under the assumption it could have been Joel (jinxed4dub on the rx7club) who might have had enough. However this caused Marc to start attacking myself and kurt as well as anyone who associates with them.


Here is when he started the slander campaign against me. Lynch mob anyone? Again, I was not there to see this or know that it was happening or building against me. Marc is the Admin as is Nicholas. Marc has still never been able to say what I owe money for, he later claimed the FD, but I paid that off and was given the title when I did so. This is what you will see as the typical behavior though. I said I do not like that he seems to be investigated for theft and scams and I am uncomfortable. So he says that I am a thief by implying that I stole from him. Meanwhile they were all bad mouthing each other. I was currently just staying out of it!

Because of marcs posts and direct messages he was making, I am sure being identical to the slander I was given about dan, kurt, bob etc was now being said about me. I still was trying to just reach out and tell people that I was willing to help if they needed. I posted once a week online.

This is when people who I have never meet, never worked for and never sold parts started making claims on marcs behalf. Evan is a person I am about to expand on, however I have never heard of or meet people like Leo, yet none of these claims ever came with proof or evidence.

A few people started telling me about people who had done business with me before and were happy are now saying the opposite or that they never knew me and wanted to know why. I was given a the screen of the guy who posted about me and messaged him.

I am always polite and curious what the problem is so I can fix it. But no one actually had any proof to there being something needing fixed.

This is when I was given this screen and I saw what the slander was. Now it makes sense what their game is... I have never meet Thomas, nor has he ever seen my work. Rick is marcs friend and was currently trying to buy an FD from him or through him. Derek was called out on some profiteering. The others were just new people jumping in exactly as Marcs plan needed!

Which brings us to chris... This was all made possible because of the falling out that he and I had. This thread ended with him convincing everyone through a couple of his friends baseless claims that I was not a capable builder or to be trusted. Exactly as he did all others who threatened him.

Now during all that slander I had told Chris to stay away from my family and not to come over. I mentioned earlier that I sold him Rotary Workz for 1$, yeah that is also why I started Reclaimer Auto after that. He never did anything but help fire up the motor. I had heard things that started getting to be a bit much. One of the things that split me and Robert White of the rx7club was attacking him for saying that Chris was taking credit for my builds and claiming his car was built by him.

That did not really bother me, although it was annoying to hear that considering I had built the car and the engine for free and only ever asked him to just tell people I did it. I was there for chris during his divorce, through his addiction, when he fell for my aunt and asked her to marry him, when sara ran away from him screaming a few months later. I was there for him over and over, but the last straw was during all of this slander from marc, after my aunt left him, he started online dating and hooked up with a ******* 15 year old girl. The man was in his mid 30s!

This had me thinking about not only Marc but Chris and all the people I am surrounded by. I confronted him, asked him if he fucked her. He said he took her to the top of marys peak in the car I built, took her out to dinner and then home, where she kissed him on the porch and offered for him to come in, he then said he realized she was underage and left.

Who the **** buys that? So that was the end of it. I then confronted him about what Robert said about the car I built him and he said looking me dead in the eyes that possession is 9/10ths of the law and he can make all the claims he wants. RIGHT ******* AFTER I SAID NEVER TALK TO ME AGAIN his new/old best friend was arrested for MOLESTING A 6 YEAR OLD IN HIS HOUSE. He was there, he defended his friend who confessed and his friend went to jail. Chris got him a lawyer and wanted the little girl on the stand.

So yeah, here is some pictures explaining why I walked away from his friendship and why he was so eager to jump on marcs **** and make **** up. His rotary experience was ownership and helping me set timing. He installed his motor once, here are a few pics of how that went before I stepped in and me calling him out on the 15 yr old. You think for yourself. You think that man did all that but not ****? What if that was your daughter, believe him still?






Look at my build thread for his car, this is his house. This is where it happened. They have erased all of this from the internet and he has moved out of town since then. They guy is supposed to get out in a few years and chris is ready to help him again.
I had watched him go through the struggle of working with another shop on the motor he had gotten off the club. It was a good runner, but he put the wrong flywheel on it (s4 turbo with a s6 flywheel). He was convinced to go carbed like his classic car was. He knew them and wanted to go with it. Robert at rotary shack was quick to screw him over. Sold him a ton of parts that did not fit and left him unable to close his hood. When he did finally end up getting the EFI set up on and returning rotary shacks stuff he blew the motor on the first pull when he picked me up. The motor was the most destroyed motor I had ever seen at that point. By then I had taken down well over a hundred motors.

This is when Marc started posting about everyone in response to the one he was mentioned in. First he posted one about me. He was even called out on the thread there, no one had those pictures but him and chris. Chris took video of the wrecker pulling my infini out of the ditch. They were using that to slander me. Then he made a post about Kurt, he got his friends in on it, even those who liked kurt and his work started to change their opinions. Jesse Frame is marcs right hand man in this, Ryan Baker is his left. They have admin and mod status and are always on the computer for a living and are invested in the business's. You will see that it is the same dozen people and you will see their credibility. He makes claims of Kurts work with no proof given but through his site where Kurt is not he can change minds.

So obviously when I started telling everyone about why I am not friends with Chris and went solo he came on strong on marcs group and obviously had told marc anything that might gain favor with him.


This was the post that set marc after me more than any other shop. that made him need to destroy reclaimer auto. I stated that my experience with all the shops was rob was good but makes mistakes, the other rob is just expensive and marc says stamp your parts before you take them in, marc seems to be investigated for theft and scams a lot and that kurt seems to be a carb guy. That I just want to build the 13b motors for the fc guys and kurt can have the fb guys and marc can have the fd guys!

Marc had sent all of his people at me... It started with a false claim made by a friend of his on his group. This was the very first claim. Here is it disproven and marc and his friends character exposed.

This is Evan. He bought Scott Wagers ( a former employee of reclaimer auto who moved back to Hawaii ) old vert from me. He and I had a conflict that required me to call the sheriffs about him not returning parts he was to return that were not part of its sale and he left with. He talked with marc about it and this was the story that they came up with and posted on his page




Marc of course stated a claim of theft without ever showing why I owed and how it came to be. But with the statement made he validated the claims of Evan they made.


Here is the story of that vert in a nut shell:

I bought it in Washington with the money got from selling my 1966 pontiac catalina steering wheel. I sold it and bought the vert all in the same trip. I brought it home, stripped it, it was moldy. I finished my RHD, scott and I started building others fc's, he wanted one. I gave him the vert. He earned a few bills and it was the payment. Few months later, he was not able to finish it, I had put tons of parts in, but his life was taking another direction and Oregon was killing him and he returned to Hawaii after living with me for a long time. I paid him 500 for the shell to help him get back home and on his feet. Then I sold it to Evan for 200 bucks after I took out the motor we built, the carbon hood and Re mirrors and I wanted the read Euro plates back. Which is what he ended up keeping.

Here are all the pictures of that experience, Scott saying Evan is lying and I never stole it from him and proof to the drug addicted, lying kid I meet and called the police on showing he is projecting to gain favor with marc.

This is the car that I sold him, as it sat the day he came and got it for 200, not 400 bucks.

Here is Scott Wagers saying that Evan is full of it and that all the claims that have been made about that vert is from marc and his friends. Also I happened to find the papers I have from the first year of reclaimer autos taxes to show he was paid for the vert.




But that never stopped them from spreading marcs rumors about me and even now I am hearing from people I try to buy motors from that I am not welcome because of the claims about this car made on marcs page to gain his favor and to destroy reclaimer auto by making it impossible to buy or sell.




No matter how many times I explain with facts that the claims they are promoting are false, they just get worse and take it further.

So after I tried to stop that nonsense from spreading I found that Marc was now making up some nonsense with a guy on his group named Jarret. Who was making a claim I was going to sell him some brake rotors or something but took 5 days so he filed with paypal. First off, I have no records of a transaction with this guy, so I am not even sure where to start. Second, I would just refund the money, or send the brakes. My rx7club feedback and my current ebay feedback as reclaimerautorestorations shows this. However I asked him when this took place and was just blocked so this one is still a mystery to me.






However while all of that was happening I was helping a ton of fc owners and just having fun. I was charging people who had a good core motor the cost of a seal kit to rebuild it. I had time and enjoyed the work and the ability to see it out there. One time they started talking about the GTUs I once worked on for a guy in washington. He had a good core and I rebuilt it for him in a weekend. He called a few times asking about wiring and how to delete things. He had just had a falling out with his locals and was new to the oregon crew. I did my best to walk him through and then he decided to sell it. It hit RPNW and they thrashed him. Derek and Marc know I build good motors, but cannot promote me, so say the motor is good but bash other things.






So... That is when I started getting talked about even though marc was doing everything to remove and delete any good I was doing through Reclaimer Auto. I once sold a fully caged 1995 Montego Blue FD3S that is like one of 50 or some nonsense for 1,000. Another MB rhd for 2k and a mint condition low miles t2 for 1k. I was never in it for the money, marc is, remember his joker quote when he moved home?

Now this is when it got even worse. This was a deal. Possibly one of the best deals to have happen and something that would make a name for me. So marc had to get everyone he had already talked to to attack me. Even chris knew it was bull but he is weak and by the end of the conversation was just begging to be let in the group that is my enemies. Anything to have someone after what happened with him and nate.


Marc started making up some seriously false accusations and BS claims. I have asked for over ten years for him to back these, or someone to show proof to his claims. I would like to cover a this post thoroughly though. First, I never built a 4 port for a na, also i only bought atkins or pineapple block off plates. Chris however did make custom OMP block offs, he made one for nate once and then offered that. I never participated as I bought from others for my builds. So not a claim against me.

Second, marc. He makes a tall claim here. First that I built a motor where the front cover bolt fell off? First off, what? How, why would just one bolt fall out and what car is this? Who drove one of my fresh engines 20 miles before I let it out of the shop? I never did that. Proof to this claims please? I call BS. Second that I would use JB weld as an intake gasket? Of all the work on reclaimer autos site, none of that shows I would ever do such a thing, so this was just for shock value obviously. Last the nonsense that I owe him money for the FD that he sold me years before that. YEARS. I paid it off, I was given the title. I built my rhd with selling the fd to a guy for a fc to finish my rhd. He hated that but the car was mine, I paid for it. He is full of it, anything to make a claim sound legit. No proof to his claims ever.
