Ok, I save my pics as jpg's and bmp's. When I try jpg's, it says I can't use that file type. When I try jpg's, and always comes up with "this page cannot be displayed."

What gives? I sure would like to be able to do this myself. I know I can e-mail my pics to someone to post them for me, but I don't want to have to do that every time.

You have much to learn young grasshoppa...

Maybe the file size was too big..?

Baldy 05-20-2003 10:11 AM

Ok, maybe it was too big.

When I open it in paint, and try to resize it, it just cuts off most the picture; it doesn't actually shrink the whole thing. How would I go about shrinking the picture?

well hot damn, I just realized that it worked in the 2nd gen section. Last night it kicked offline, so I wasn't sure if it went.

on the upper menu go to Image---- stretch/skew the instead of 100% you can put like 50% or less and it should resize it..

I'll send you a bill for that lesson in the mail.

You have to upload them to a server, like the NP one I have access to through my Charter Account. Than you just copy the URL of the image and use the [IMG] tags in either the "quick reply" box or the "add reply" one.
