I was wondering if it was possible to make an 87 non-turbo into a turbo. If it is what kind of kit should i get? Thanks everyone

There really isn't a kit, and it would be far easier just to buy a turbo, but you need the complete turbo drivetrain, tranny, rear end, motor and the wiring harness.

yeah, i heard it too much work to swap everything. your better off just buying a TII. or u can be like the rest of the NA's here and try and build one kick ass NA. that would be nice.

dont bother with it... ive already atempted to go trough that head ache and its notw orth it

just turbo it and see how long your apex seals last. it would be a good experiment

O man! I might be able to do it! my dad found a couple t11's in the junk yard and he could be able to pick them up for cheap! like 500 buxs! if he can i might just do the body work and fix those up, because i have a mint condition 87 non turbo and i could prolly get 3000 ish around here.. thanks for all the replies you guys rock! BTW i am 14! glad you guys could help
