It's an alvarez, solid wood front.
Now I just gotta learn how to play https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...#>/biggrin.png |
Step 1: Get illegal copy of GuitarPro ver. 4.1
Step 2: Go to MySongBook.com and download the tabs for songs you want to play. Step 3: Run GuitarPro, stop sucking. (I'm still working on the latter half of step 3 myself.) |
I bought one cdrom for beginners, gonna have to check out the one you mentioned!
|
It's a geetaaarr.
|
It's pretty much the best thing I've come across for learning different songs.
|
happy slightly early b-day
|
its pretty
|
I thought about learning to play the guitar but I got drunk instead.
|
hopefully you will become better than somebodies band on here. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/smile.png

I played around till my fingers hurt, the fuggin cdrom thing i paid 25 bucks for can suck a fatty, sitting there have to click next, next, next it wouldnt just play through. I ordered a DVD from fender that is supposed to be really good for getting started out, dont figure i will need to click the play button every 15 seconds.

Looks nice.
I got a guitar once, learned to play it, played a couple songs, sold the guitar. |
Here is what you need lessons by Esteban

SWEET! thats a nice 'un

Fingers hurt? Hows the action? Strings far from the neck? Can't tell :P That can change how it feels, certainly, as well as string weight/type.
Eventually, if you're consistent, you'll have nice little callous's on your fingers, and it won't be so bad. Good luck, serenade me sometime! |

No fingers don't hurt, the blister on my thumb hurts a bit lol...It feels great and the solid mahogony sounded so much better then the others, i have the elixir light strings, since I havent played with anything else I dunno if they are the way to go or what. I played around with the cd rom for a couple hours last night playing. reading music is coming back to me. |
i bought a takamini accoustic about 10 months ago.. i love it.. very simple, no pic guard, clean/bright sound.. no buzzes... very smooth fret action, requires little effort... not as nice as an electric, but close...
has a built in tuner (didn't know that till i brought it home) and the pickup sounds great on it when played through an amp or used for recording purposes. |
heres the secret. for extended playing, dap a little super glue on vunerable fingers and presto! no more ouch. I am baby sitting my bro's Ovation adamas 12 string right now, and i got a fender myself. that thing is beautiful tho!
|
I found an alvarez that I need to get. Its the pf2005. Its like solid mahogahny and pretty cheap. Played it in the store, freaking nice.
