So i ended up ordering my xbox from overtsock, it was cheaper then the microsoft deal, i got 15% off, some free ****, etc, etc...



It arrived today, no damage to the shipping box, no damage to the xbox box. I open it and there's a huge crack in the faceplate, i call overstock and they say they'll send someone out to pick it up and send me a new one. I mention to the cutomer service that it seems silly to send this back and have another one sent for an item that costs $10 at walmart. He says, well you just want me to credit your card $10? Hell yea!



Now i just need my games to get here!
