No, seriously. The average STARBUCKS employeee gets better healthcare, vacation, 401K match than an Employees of SHAW GROUP. Hell we even have subs that sit next to us doing the same job making better benefits than us.

Due to the overwhelming rise in US healthcare many employers are left with limited choices, offer less of an insurance plan or offer the same plan and pass the increase on to the employees. It's a lose-lose for the employee and it's only going to get worse.

I dont even use my company's healtyh care package. I am covered with my Military Retirement. BUT, my 401K match sucks, vacation sucks, dental blows and so does vision care. Plus wh have an Expresso machine in the cube across from me
