Whenever I want to type two cap letters beside each other like AC .... It always lowercases the C to Ac.

How can I change this?

Delete it, type it over the top.

Actually, Try going to Tools>Options>Spelling & Grammar Check the box that says 'ignore words in UPPERCASE'..
