Yeah maybe, a gun is pretty much your only defense against a Grizzly. Even then , they find the odd hunter half buried in the woods after being killed by a grizzly. Its pretty much the only animal that will stalk and kill a human in North America. They will go move for move with you in a parallel direction in the woods, its kind of creepy.

The only thing left of the last hunter they found here was his head and legs.
