Sad but True ... In 1973 the non'rice burning chevrolet "corvette made a " 4 Rotor" Wankle Engine, that amazed them with it's high rpm with low vibration failure & minimal parts wear ..
They dumped it for several reasons , because of nascar racetrack limits, & low money parts return , and other :rice: :rice: detroit car monoply issues ? |

Piston engines break when over revved because the engine components can't handle all the vibration.
