I couldnt explain why, unlike its other developed countries, the us has such an elevated crime rate. All I can say is that the US is different. And thats great!
But, we should compare it with some underdeveloped countries! I'm sure some countries in africa can make the annual murder rate in the states look like childs play! Let's look at some facts... go! |
