Well it seems to me that charging me fees to to park on a street that my tax money paid for is unconstitutional.

Yeah, it's hard to sympathize with the government on parking ticket issues. NYC is DOUBLING parking fines in order to close a budget gap, bunch of cheap f%^ks!!!
