the element did good on the insurance institute's slow fender bender tests that they showed on dateline last night

I might like it if they could make it even more hideous than it already is.

it's a very functional vehicle, it just looks like ass smacked with an ugly stick

It's not as bad as the Pontiac Aztec. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub..._DIR#>/sad.png

that is actually a nice car, that also just looks like ass

my father-in-law has one, it's very nice to drive, and has a wonderful interior. they paid attention to detail on the interior, from the reclining back seat, to the a/c vents, and the roll-out tool box...I've gotten past the funky exterior

i just thought it was funny how the new accord coupe and the civic si look like older vehicles

I would agree, I thought the Aztec was a very functional vehicle, just ass ugly. The newer monotone, less body cladding ones aren't as bad. Still ugly though.

I like the element. seems on that car that form follows function and that is attractive to me..

Plus, think of all the ladies you could put in it.. and with fully reclining front seats, it's some road-shoulder

action waiting to happen. Besides, if you drop some phatty 18" rims and color match the sucker, it could be pretty friggin sweet.

Better than a minivan, anyway.

Baldy 05-01-2003 11:36 AM

yeah, I think the big ugliness factor comes in with the coloring on the element
