Did you eat it?

i'm assuming by "the judge" you mean you accidentally ran over it when it sprinted out in front of your truck? After the last one i killed, i was informed by the local animal control guy that it's illegal to kill the ****** things because they are on the endangered list.

I think a "Rattlesnake Crossing" sign may be in order!

And hang the dead snake from the sign as a warning to other rattlesnakes.

Where were you told this? In Colorado they are def not on the list. Thats asinine. Our large bull snake population keeps the rattlers in check but still...when i see one it dies. On a side note thats a damn good sized snake. Shoulda ate it! There is a famous restaurant here in Denver that serves rattlesnake bites as an expensive appetizer!

Actually Cody, there are protected in most states... Colorado included. (unless threatening your life or property) That being said, i accidentally run over them with my pistol every time i see one. Speaking of which... what the hell are you up to these days??

Haha thats pretty interesting. I guess you learn something new everyday. My dad is a retired CO Division of Wildlife of 30 years and his standing instructions have always been to kill them.

Click on this link and look at the restaurant's pop-up notification.

I wonder if its a relatively new thing.
