It's gross....tastes really gross. But that is just my opinion. I want to say it is also a malt beverage so drinker beware!

Like most good liquors, Jack is best straight up or on the rocks. If you're gonna mix it, get the cheap stuff.

my mother-in-law makes "rum balls," usually a hazel nut wrapped in chocolate that has rum in it...I can't even eat those if I can taste the rum

Try Iceberg Vodka sometime. It is literally made from icebergs. They go and collect huge chunks of ice that have broken away from larger icebergs and make the vodka with it. The water in icebergs is the most pure water that can be found. They test it for impurities and there are none in it. Very good.

last time I checked, any vodka that is made from just water is what we like to call 'non-alcoholic vodka'
