Anyone remember ILUVMY88? Anyways, he called me up the other day to tell me that rx7 spec racing was on the speed channel. It was pretty rocking, I had never seen rx7 races covered on speed.

On to the reason for the post!

The supercharged 6.0 all forged Iron block is operational! I drove it around today for about 27 miles and nothing fell off, blew up or caught on fire! So Id say its a success!

One cool thing about these cars is that their ECUs learn themselves, so even though my tune is for a 346cu engine it only took about 5 minutes to learn how to idle the 408cu, same with driving, it eventually reconfigures the fuel map. This of course doesnt replace an actual dyno/street tune, but it does make it drivable!

Haven't taken it into any boost yet, for obvious reasons ... but check it out.

Also, I have a slight valve train click so Ill probably be pulling the valve covers off and relashing my rockers. See if that helps...

Stupid piston engines and all their moving parts. :(

you shoulda stuck to mopeds

I still do the mopeds! I just made a high compression 160cc manual 4 speed and put it on a honda c70 frame! Went from stock 4 horsepower to 16! Gonna go for an electric supercharger, well, more like compressed air boost. Those mini 12 volt horn air compressors can push some pretty big psi in short bursts. I want to hook one up and see if I cant run a special intake with a siphon tube running to a small fuel cell so when you turn on the air compressor its like a big wet shot! ... only, without the nitrous. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR
