I have the original CD... how do I get the files off of the cd to copy onto another cd? It appears to be impossible. Anyone know?

turbovr6 10-13-2002 01:53 PM

what format is it? dvd vcd divx?

christi 10-13-2002 01:56 PM

I'm not sure.. I played them in DivX ... but on other copied cds that I have of it, I got through it just fine...

when I stick the cd in the drive, it shows two folders, one empty called audio something, and the other one that says er forgot, but the files in that folder are like .VOC or something. I am not quiet sure.

so just use a program like nero to copy from cd to cd

christi 10-13-2002 02:03 PM

Well, where might you get that? The problem is, it's not showing the adquate files.... it's well I dunno to be honest...

My cds, that I'm copying them from only have a 702MB free space...

If you need copies, I can see if I can get them for you? I've got stage 1,2,3 and the movie. A friend copied them for me!

UNF UNF UNF, I want! me me me me, and christi, if they are .vob files, then those are the actual dvd files, it is possible to rip them, but you need special software, I can ask my friend about it, he does all my ripping for me

christi 10-13-2002 08:35 PM

Ahh... that's probably why I can't rip them...... lol...Yes, please do... and tell me how to get them.

I forget, but how many espisodes are in stage 2?

SoniX 10-13-2002 08:51 PM

should be 26, if I remember correctly, that is the standard for japanese anime series, and, as far as ripping goes, how fast is your computer, it takes either a good amount of power, or a good amount of time to rip a dvd, my Dual 1Ghz machine takes bout a day or more to do one right.

christi 10-13-2002 08:56 PM

Hmm... I can't remember, but I'm sure if I look somewhere, I can tell ya. I know it's pretty fast though.
