I got a huge salmon filet the other day, and I'm going to grill it tonight. I've had it in a marinade made of lemon juice, leamon pepper, balsamic vinegar, and a few dshes of cajun seasoning. I cut it up into 4~5 oz pieces.
what do y'all think is a good side to go with it? I'm thinking sauted bell peppers and onions and maybe a light pasta? Any other Ideas? |

I've never had salmon I liked. I don't know, I guess I'm a white-fish-meat kinda guy.
serve it with some home-made potato wedges with some of that cajun seasoning |

if you like white fish, I grilled amberjack about 3 days ago and tuna last week.
