Man after nearly 6 months of snow coverage up here, I almost forgot I own some sports cars, now they don't even excite me.. Now my remote control helicopter on the other hand...

Maybe I just need some retail therapy from some parts shopping for them... What to do what to do..

And sure as **** gas will be a buck and half a litre when its actually decent enough to drive them..

k I'm rambling..

drinking?

Well, Rx-7's could drive a guy to drink probably.... Just need something to get me going again...

My plans are a full Tamon body kit, motec m800 and some new paint.. It just doesnt seem as exciting as before..

Thats at least 2-3 months away yet here.. I have been thinking about building a cummins ramcharger with 2&1/2 ton military axles and 46 inch tires as a new family car..

I used to think it was stupid to have a project car for years and years to work on it...but now im understanding that its the only way to remain sain...until some Dodge SRT-4 tries to race my 84hp Jetta and than tells me off...

thats what age does i think. i am actually really enjoying just the stock 87 gxl, its smoother and quieter than my BMW, handles better too. the AAS even works. some paint, the volks and it'll be kinda cool. maybe if i really go gung ho i'll find a 1 knob AFC for it.

actually i know what you need maxt, i have an SA22 cake pan.

I have the 5(IIRC) knob AFC if you are looking ..lol... I actually had it in my stock GX before it become p-ported. I gained a little mid range with it, and dialed backed the cruise fuel to boost mpg.

Age does do it, on top of working lots of hours.. When you pull wrenches and troubleshoot all day on various machines, its hard to park yourself in front of your machine to do more work afterwards.. Its like all my "technical" ambition gets all used up..

Rx-7's are pretty demanding cars, and ROb's right, its like a full time job or comittment. I also have a kid thats a year old now, she's great don't get me wrong, but kids eat up all your free time..They are really needy at this age. But She is a howl to play with as well.

And you cant trade in kids for scrap cash.
