its gotta be registered and insured before they tow it.

every now and then you get the driver who doesnt care but for the most part they ask to see insurance card and registration.

yeah, i had one guy who wouldnt tow a bare gsl-se shell to be pulled straight, it wasnt an emergency to him https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/angry.png , they did tow the nsu with 88 tags no problem though
