ok guys.. i just went to the BBB and i'm trying to my money back from slava. i'd finish all the paper work yesterday and they told me that at the very latest i should have my money by january. i just wrote a e-mail to slava, and this is what it said...

sorry it had to come to this... but it's been too long that i haven't been able to reach you. you don't reply to my e-mail... nor do you like to return my phone calls. i do understand that you have your own personal problems, but this is not the right way to run a business. i've given you enough chances to make things right, but you just don't ever seem to come through. right now you don't know what i'm talking about, but given the fact that you are the sponsor to nopistons... i figured i'd give you a heads up. you will receive something in the mail soon. this just might add up to what problems you have... but you put me in a sitution where this is the only thing i can do. again, i'm sorry it had to come to this. maybe you can learn from what you did wrong in this business and better luck next time.

I understand, it sucks that it had to come down to that. In the end though, if you can't give the customers what they want . . . then why are you there? I understand delays, stuff just happens sometimes! It's out of your hands, but 5 months!

Dude we all have your back here, people can't run a successfull bussines by not satiesfying their customers. No offense to Slava, but this has to get fixed if he plans to operate on a good basis.



I'm personally going to give him a call for my reliability mods when the time comes just to see what kinda guy he is and how he does bussines. This is probably one isolated incident and he has a good reason for it. Cheers

My advice is that even if he offers to pay you back, dont reverse anything with the BBB until you have the money in your hands.

I took a guy to small claims court once, and he told me he would pay me when we were in the lobby waiting so we didnt bother going in front of the judge. He gave me $100 of what he owed me, then I had to chase him for 4 more months and take him to small claims court once again to get the rest of my money.
