i mean really, i cant even make a ******* sunny side up egg right most of the time. so with that being said you can all tell how bad of a cook i am.



lately i have been watching more and more foodtv, trying to prepare myself for what is ahead of me. so on the way home from work yesterday, know that there will be no food ready at home waiting for me, i pick up some pork chops, seasonings and veggies. (like 16.53 or something)



i seasoned the pork chops and let em sit a while and bbq'd the mofo (the man way) and then steamed the veggies up stairs. it was all in all a pretty good meal.



i am now starting to have faith in my cooking and realizing i wont die from it.

I spent a year at Wendy's which prepared me for some good cooking. It's worth mentioning that their cooking is systematic but still, it'll teach you good ****. I like cooking, and I'm pretty much gonna cook whaever needs to be cooked well done.
