I've heard people say it "Noo-wen," is that right. I'm just wondering for two reasons.

Yes its a Veitnamese name ...and pronounced like Phins said new-yen
If you look in the Tampa phone book...its like looking up Smith..I think 98% of the Veitnamese here have the same last names...lol |
