There is a guy in virginia selling one for 2500 bucks. But with no engine or tranny. But I can easily get my hands on a 6-port block for a couple hundreds. I am thinking of buying it and restoring it to the best of my abilities.

Did you see the Rx-3 coupe two weeks ago with only 19k original miles? THAT was mint. I even tried to get a loan. I still need a R100, Rx-2 coupe, Rx-2 Wagon, all the Rx-3s, Rx-4 sedan, Rx-5, Enos Cosmo, REPU, and a FD so I have at least one Rx-7. All retromoded mind you.
