My dad killed a Mac impact gun in a couple weeks and hasn't been able to find the Mac guy since....

Actually I have the biggest snap on 2 bank bottom box with a 8 drawer side box. I use the top of the box as work space.



I have spent about $35000, but I get alot of stuf used or off ebay so I actually have more then that. But like I said, I only need metric stuff, and I have damn near everything I need.

Yeah those goddamn MAC guys are a pain in the ass to find when you need them

i actually prefer craftsman mechanics sets over snap on. not the shitty craftsman you buy at sears but the **** u have to order. good ****. snap on tools well they like to snap because they try to make them smaller so they fit into a tighter space.

I guarantee you I can break/wear out a craftsman tool alot faster than an equivalent snap on tool.

I promise you I could have obliterated a craftsman tool working on Freightliners and ancient Ford CO2000 series (3208 Cat) They would die a horrid horrid death.



Plus there's the fact that the snap-on driver would show up on a weekly basis to fix stuff, bring new stuff and what not.



It was like a little bit of Christmas.



AND if you did manage to obliterate something you could call the Snap-On guy and he'd run to where you were to replace it. Less down time.



And they feel nice yadda yadda. . .

What are you talking about? The Craftsman hand tools are identical to the ones at Sears. You don't get a "better" quality hand tool just by ordering from catalog.



Plus, I'm with 93 R1 also, Craftsman break a bit more easily than Snap On tools.

my stuff worth about 3k in snap on. I get snap on at "their cost" because Advance has an account with em. Its nice to work in AA sometimes.

but craftsman is perfect for people who dont need to use them extensivley everyday. for instance they have a set with 61 sockets, with 1/4 1/2 and 3/8 drive's and 12 specialty tools for $70. not on sale.
