hi, i'm new, as you may have guessed, and i just found this board. i have a very mechanical mind and i have all of this weird car designs in my head..... anyways.. my question is..

is it possible to fit a rotary engine transversely? i mean judging by the shape and such it should fit, but would it be logical/work?

thanks

what advantages would you have if you placed the rotors transeversely?

dreamed of a 94 rear wheel civic hatch with a rotary engine

lmfao...me and my friend were at a local shop and my friend asked about it...Technically it could be done. The hardest part would be the rear end. Figured the easiest would be a ford 9", but there were still some hickups...thats would be funny to see...

The actual motor, not the rotors.
