That's not too bad, I've had it in the 1000's before, after a week of the PC running with Kazaa, Win MX and Lime Wire running.

Pop-up problem? Not sure I understand.

I run Ad-Aware on a regular basis. Usually turn up 6 to 10 tracking cookies.

Is this person an AOL user?

before i wiped i got ad aware to try and see if a spyware hi-jacked my DSL, and i had 2,137 instances....I-Mesh DAMN YOU!!!!! I'm afraid to check now...probably as many if not more, prolly y my latency spikes to 2k+ sumtimes on Counter Strike :P
