LOL I owned a pile-o-**** 81 regal when I was in highschool, would be happy to destroy one myself.

They won't scrap your car, they will just add a tax on that increases with every year of age. The older your car gets, the more expensive the tax.

Whoever came up with the idea for that program belongs in a sewer as a permanent resident.
