I brag about no game but gt. I went to a bunch of guys house the other day (bachelor pad) and they broke out the gt3 (I'm like "awww hell no they didn't) and started racing "vs". Once i got my hands on the controller they didn't leave it all night (I think i won like 12 races in a row then got bored)

and it's weird to think that I really don't use any more buttons for that game than the original NES was equipped with.

So, judging by a picture with the same car graphics and just a sweeter background....the gameplay will somehow be better?

I've heard that GT2 was more realistic than GT3, although in making GT3 they went out and test drove those cars.



And again, I also know/hear its not always so true to life (Like responses to mods and rev's etc).



They said the cars will actually be competitive (AI) in this game than simply wanting to just run around the track the way they are programmed too (Read this a while ago, who knows how it's changed).



But alas, GT-series remains to be the closest to realism as far as those standards go I guess, I thought Ferrari355 Challenge (the arcade) was pretty freaken cool.



BTW- are the cars stuck at the same graphics level? Sometimes the panels would "Shift" in gt3, i hope they fix that! And give the cars reverse lights (DETAILS, come on, DETAILS!) and give the headlights an actual projection onto the road on the night courses! Let the converts be converts (put little men in em) lol.

Yeah, some area's do need some more detail, it would be nice to chose a larger wheel/tire combo instead of just different rim's. Also, on the aesthetic's side, it'd be cool if when you bought a larger intercooler or exhaust, they actually showed up on the car.



The game AutoModellista has all the right idea's, especially using different aftermarket company's like GReddy,HKS,RE Amemiya, etc. But the gameplay is ****.
