The cost of living has rocketed since we moved here, the taxes go up around 10% a year, and they are constantly adding to it for things like drainage and sidewalks would should have been put in when the places were built. |

I know someone who just bought a house in NC, his homeowners is $2800 a year, he is a few miles from the water.

how much is his house worth? i imagine insurance is not cheap anywhere on the hurricane belt.
